Weekly timesheet calculator entries stay in your browser
Start times, end times, break minutes, hourly rates, currencies, thresholds, and multipliers are processed in the current browser session. The application does not send these values to a timesheetcalculator.app application server or create a calculation-history account.
Refreshing or closing a page may remove current entries. Use the print or copy control when you need your own record, and review it before storing or sharing it elsewhere.
Website analytics and hosting logs
Like most websites, infrastructure providers may process routine request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, response status, and security signals. This operational data may be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose availability issues.
The site uses a website analytics script to measure visits and page usage. The analytics service may receive technical data such as the requested page, referring page, browser, device type, and approximate location derived from network information. Calculator entries such as work times, break minutes, hourly rates, and calculated results are processed locally and are not intentionally included in analytics events.
Clipboard, external links, and timesheet support email
The copy button writes the visible summary to your device clipboard only after you activate it. Browser and operating-system clipboard permissions remain under your control.
Messages sent by email are handled by the recipient email provider and may include the information you choose to send. Do not email payroll records, government identifiers, bank details, or other sensitive employee information. External sites follow their own privacy policies.
Your privacy choices when using the timesheet calculator
You can use the calculators without creating an account. You control which values you enter, whether you activate copy or print controls, and whether you follow an external link or send a support message.
Clear the calculator or close the browser page when finished on a shared device. If you copy, print, download, or email a result, the destination device or service may retain it under that service's settings and privacy terms.
