Calculator inputs
Start times, end times, break minutes, hourly rates, currencies, thresholds, and multipliers are processed in the current browser session. The application does not send these values to a timesheetcalculator.app application server or create a calculation-history account.
Refreshing or closing a page may remove current entries. Use the print or copy control when you need your own record, and review it before storing or sharing it elsewhere.
Visit analytics and operational data
Like most websites, infrastructure providers may process routine request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, response status, and security signals. This operational data may be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose availability issues.
The site loads Umami visit analytics from wang.632932.xyz. It sends page addresses, page titles, referring addresses, screen dimensions, and browser language to that analytics service. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded from analytics page addresses, and the script is configured to honor the browser's Do Not Track signal. Network requests also expose an IP address and browser request information to the receiving service.
The current analytics script does not set browser cookies. It can read a local browser opt-out setting. The application does not add calculator values or calculated results to analytics events. Blocking the analytics domain in your browser does not prevent the calculators from working.
Copying, printing, external links, and email
The copy button writes the visible summary to your device clipboard only after you activate it. Browser and operating-system clipboard permissions remain under your control.
Messages sent by email are handled by the recipient email provider and may include the information you choose to send. Do not email payroll records, government identifiers, bank details, or other sensitive employee information. External sites follow their own privacy policies.
Printing uses your browser and selected printer or PDF destination. Copies and printed records can remain on your device or printer after you close this website. Browser errors may be recorded in hosting logs; a Lovable editor preview may also report error messages, stack traces, and the affected page to its preview diagnostics.
Google advertising, if enabled
The version of the site covered by this update does not load Google AdSense ad code. If Google ads are introduced, Google and advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, personalization based on visits to this and other sites.
Google explains this processing in its partner-sites privacy information linked below. Google Ad Settings lets you control ad personalization. Where consent is required, advertising must be introduced with the applicable consent choices before the associated data is collected. This disclosure does not imply that an advertising consent platform is currently active.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can use the calculators without creating an account. You control which values you enter, whether you activate copy or print controls, and whether you follow an external link or send a support message.
Clear the calculator or close the browser page when finished on a shared device. If you copy, print, download, or email a result, the destination device or service may retain it under that service's settings and privacy terms.
You can use browser privacy controls to block scripts or cookies and enable Do Not Track. For an access, correction, or deletion request concerning a message you sent, email hello@timesheetcalculator.app with enough context to identify the correspondence. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary verification method has been agreed.
Retention and updates
There is no server-side calculation history to retrieve or delete. Hosting providers, the analytics service, and email providers process their respective operational records. Messages may remain in the mailbox while a request is being handled and as needed for follow-up; contact the publisher to ask about a particular record.
