You may use the public calculators for personal, workplace, educational, billing, and payroll-estimation arithmetic. Do not use the site to disrupt service, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, or misrepresent calculator output as an official payroll record.
Availability, features, and content may change as the tools are maintained. You are responsible for keeping any record you need outside the current browser session.
No payroll, tax, employment, or legal advice
Calculator output is informational arithmetic based on user-entered values. The site does not classify workers, determine compensable time, select lawful break deductions, establish overtime eligibility, or prepare a compliant payroll.
Verify source entries, applicable law, workplace policy, agreements, rates, taxes, deductions, and rounding practices. Consult qualified professionals when consequences depend on payroll, employment, tax, or legal judgment.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to make formulas transparent and correct, but do not guarantee that every result is complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular jurisdiction or payroll system. Input mistakes, browser behavior, and external rule changes can affect use of a result.
To the extent allowed by law, the site is provided as-is without warranties. Do not rely on it as the sole record for paying employees, submitting taxes, resolving disputes, or proving compliance.
Your inputs and source records
You are responsible for entering complete and accurate start times, end times, breaks, rates, thresholds, multipliers, and currencies. Review AM and PM, overnight dates, paid versus unpaid breaks, and any rounding applied outside the calculator.
Keep the source records and approvals required for your purpose. A copied or printed calculator summary does not replace an employer timekeeping system, payroll register, invoice record, employment agreement, or other official documentation.
